Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant Senior to design and implement system-wide leadership development and organizational performance initiatives. Qualifications

• Five years of experience in human resources, business office, administration and/or customer service.
• HR leadership development and training experience preferred.
• Experience driving culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to implement leadership development and training aligned to organizational needs.
• Champion employee engagement, culture transformation, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Lead or participate in project teams to launch new programs to improve organizational and team effectiveness.
• Oversee complex HR and organizational development projects under limited direction.
• Enhance performance through learning and development, including e-learning and instructor-led courses.
• Design course content and deliver effective presentations and facilitation for groups of all sizes.
• Consult with department and medical staff leaders on engagement strategies and a healthy work environment.
• Develop and implement a Performance Management strategy with HR partners.
• Support reporting on leadership development impact on engagement and retention.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree preferred
