Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 9+ years in learning and development or organizational development.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Strong business acumen connecting strategy to talent solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication across executive levels.
• Experience with learning technologies (LMS, multimedia tools).
• Certification in behavioral/organizational assessments (e.g., Hogan, DIC, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement organizational talent review processes with executives.
• Facilitate talent review meetings and establish clear evaluation metrics.
• Lead top-talent development and governance for leadership outcomes.
• Oversee succession planning and leadership readiness across the org.
• Develop dashboards and reports on leadership pipeline and risks.
• Coach leaders and run organizational design and change initiatives.
• Deliver workshops, strategic planning sessions, and workshops with stakeholders.
