Job summary

1199SEIU National Benefit Fund seeks an experienced Strategic Consultation & Advisory professional to guide organizational development initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders, design leadership programs, and drive performance excellence across the organization.

The role emphasizes coaching, assessments, and development planning, with a hybrid work arrangement and emphasis on alignment with business priorities and CBAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OD/HR/IO psychology, business, or related field required.
• Minimum six years in organizational development, leadership development, or related HR function.
• Certifications in OD, coaching, facilitation, or leadership training preferred.
• Proven experience facilitating leadership development programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience consulting with senior leaders and HR teams on workforce development and performance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services to organizational leaders on change management, leadership development, and organizational design.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, coaching, assessments, and development planning.
• Lead performance excellence initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to align OD initiatives with business strategy and CBAs.
• Design and measure effectiveness of leadership and employee development programs using analytics.
• Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Benchmark best practices and implement innovative learning methodologies.
