Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a Talent & OD Consultant to design and execute the organization’s learning and leadership development strategy. You will assess performance gaps, apply HPI analyses, and deliver coaching with established models to improve individual and team outcomes.

You’ll partner with leaders across departments to implement customized development programs, measure impact, and drive productivity through evidence-based learning and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, HR, Talent Management, Leadership, or Learning and Development.
• Five years of experience leading transformation and change in large, fast-paced, multi-disciplinary organizations.
• Nationally recognized coaching certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading and implementing change in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, executes and maintains the learning strategy of the organization.
• Creates and uses discovery event maps and performance enhancement plans using HPI.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to design and deliver customized learning events and series.
• Develops and maintains leadership development programs, including New Leader Experience and Top Talent programs.
• Provides instructional consulting and coaching to key stakeholders and teams.
• Applies project management to outline, plan and execute learning builds for leadership and executive teams.
