Job summary

Stanford Health Care in Palo Alto seeks a Senior Consultant, Leadership and Organizational Development to drive the design, execution, and continuous improvement of SHC's leadership and organization development strategy. You will build scalable, data-driven learning journeys for 1,800+ leaders and act as an OD consultant across SHC, partnering with HRBPs to improve adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree strongly preferred in related field (e.g., Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or MBA).
• Specialized certifications in leadership and/or organizational development are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the detailed curriculum design, development, and launch of multi-tier learning experiences for leaders at all levels.
• Manage and develop existing programs and lead the design and launch of foundational leadership and organizational development programs.
• Design and facilitate engaging leadership development experiences, including rolling out Leading@SHC behaviors across the 1,500+ leader population.
• Lead the ERG mentoring program to support ERG leaders and underrepresented talent.
• Serve as a dedicated OD consultant for SHC organizations and partner with HRBPs to drive adoption and process improvement.
• Incorporate digital learning innovations and AI integration; design and implement a comprehensive measurement strategy to assess impact.
