Guidehouse is seeking an Organization Development Senior Consultant to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including planning and executing organizational redesigns, enabling leadership effectiveness, and strengthening team performance to achieve mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of consulting or relevant experience in organizational development or transformation.
• Experience planning and supporting organizational redesigns, reorganizations, or operating model transformations.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate complex organizational challenges into structured, actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organizational design and restructuring efforts, including current/future state design, governance models, and transition planning.
• Develop and implement change and organization development strategies aligned with client mission and operating models.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs, including competency models, coaching frameworks, and executive workshops.
• Facilitate team effectiveness workshops, including strategic planning sessions and team charters.
• Conduct organizational assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, including planning, task execution, QA, and deliverable development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and identify opportunities for process improvement.
