• Strong facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while executing operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and HR to strengthen engagement and workforce capability.
• Lead systemwide OD, culture transformation, and leadership development initiatives.
• Design and deliver career strategy, upskilling and internal mobility programs.
• Provide operational support for onboarding and learning initiatives.
• Evaluate program outcomes and sustain continuous improvement.
