Crusoe is seeking a Principal Organizational Development Strategist to drive health, design, and effectiveness as we scale. An internal consultant, you will diagnose needs, challenge assumptions, and design scalable interventions across engineering, data center, manufacturing, and corporate teams.
You will partner with People Analytics and executive leadership to translate data into actionable solutions, building Crusoe's enterprise coaching strategy and OD frameworks for rapid growth.

As a Principal Organizational Development Strategist, you will serve as a high-impact individual contributor driving the health, design, and effectiveness of Crusoe’s organization as we rapidly scale. This role is ideal for a senior OD practitioner who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and blends strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
Working as an internal consultant, you will independently diagnose organizational needs, challenge assumptions, and design interventions that improve team dynamics, strategic alignment, and leadership capabilities. Partnering closely with People Analytics, Talent Management, and executive leadership, you will turn data-driven insights into scalable solutions across our engineering, data center, manufacturing, and corporate teams. You will also develop and oversee Crusoe's enterprise coaching strategy.
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $195,000 - $230,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
