Job summary

Crusoe in Bellevue, WA seeks a Principal Organizational Development Strategist to drive health, design, and effectiveness as we scale. You will act as an internal consultant, diagnosing needs and delivering scalable interventions across engineering, data center, manufacturing, and corporate teams.

You will partner with People Analytics, Talent Management, and executives to translate data into actionable development, lead offsites, and create repeatable OD frameworks that grow with Crusoe's

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of OD/talent experience in high-growth technical or industrial sectors.
• Proven diag and org design track record driving complex change initiatives.
• Consultative and executive influence with strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate people data into actionable insights and interventions.
• Agile and resourceful, capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose org health issues and support structural design initiatives.
• Translate talent reviews and succession data into development frameworks.
• Analyze engagement data with People Analytics to surface insights and plan actions.
• Design, coordinate, and facilitate offsites and leadership alignment sessions.
• Build scalable, lightweight manager enablement tools and resources.
• Counsel senior leaders on leadership strategy with discretion.
• Create repeatable OD frameworks that scale with Crusoe's footprint.
