Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Director of People Success to lead the corporate People Team. You will form partnerships with leaders to guide people strategies, focusing on organizational development, change management, and employee growth across Finance, Legal, People, Talent, and related functions.

As the company scales, you will refine programs that boost engagement, retention, and performance while collaborating with Corporate leadership on career pathing, leveling, and leadership

Qualifications

10+ years of HR leadership experience in corporate settings.
Proven ability to partner with executives and scale growth.
Experience in org design, leveling, and succession planning.
Strong data-driven approach with retention, engagement analytics.
Excellent communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

Lead organizational design and headcount planning for corporate functions.
Develop and implement programs for performance management and leadership development.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across the company.
Partner with Total Rewards on compensation planning and pay equity.
Coach and guide managers through career paths, leveling, and succession.
Ensure effective change management during rapid growth.
