Crusoe is seeking a Director of People Success to lead organizational development, change management, and employee growth across our Corporate functions in a fast-growing tech company based in San Francisco. You will partner with People Team and Corporate leadership to design pragmatic programs, guide managers on career paths and leveling, and drive retention, engagement, and effective talent planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of People Success or HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting Corporate/G&A functions (Finance, Legal, IT, Security).
• Experience scaling Corporate teams in a high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting global employee groups.
• Data analytics to drive actionable insights (attrition, engagement, compensation).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving information.
• Highly organized and process-driven with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People Team and Corporate leadership to create strategy-aligned people programs.
• Develop and implement programs driving positive change and impact.
• Guide managers on career pathing, leveling, and development.
• Lead day-to-day HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Track organizational health with pulse surveys and analytics.
• Drive retention and engagement initiatives.
