Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Principal Organizational Development Strategist to drive health, design, and effectiveness as we scale. An internal consultant, you will diagnose needs, challenge assumptions, and design scalable interventions across engineering, data center, manufacturing, and corporate teams.

You will partner with People Analytics and executive leadership to translate data into actionable solutions, building Crusoe's enterprise coaching strategy and OD frameworks for rapid growth.

Qualifications

10–15+ years in organizational development, talent management, or related consulting.
Proven ability to diagnose friction and drive complex change initiatives.
Strong communication, facilitation, and executive influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose organizational needs and design scalable interventions.
Turn data-driven insights into actionable leadership development plans.
