Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Organizational Design Senior Consultant to assess current structures, design new operating models, and guide leaders through change initiatives in the DMV region. This role emphasizes collaboration with HR, governance frameworks, and stakeholder workshops to optimize effectiveness.

The position requires an active Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of organizational design or change experience, and onsite work three days a week.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE Top Secret clearance is required and must be maintained.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational design, assessment, or change initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite in the DMV region at least 3 days per week.

What You Will Do:

The Organizational Design Senior Consultant assesses current organizational structures and designs new operating models to optimize effectiveness and support strategic objectives. This role guides leaders through change management and restructuring initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing organizational structures and identify improvement opportunities.


• Design and implement new operating models and governance frameworks.


• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to support organizational change.


• Collaborate with HR to align talent management and succession planning with new structures.


• Document organizational design processes and decisions.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED \"TOP SECRET\" Federal or DoD security clearance


• Bachelor's degree


• FIVE (5) years of experience in organizational design, organizational assessment, or organizational change.


• Ability to work at onsite in the DMV at least 3 days/week

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience working with senior government officials of C-suite executives.


• Experience applying change management principles across projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
