Unisys is seeking an OCM Sr Analyst to drive organizational change initiatives by blending strategic planning with hands-on design across client and internal teams. You will leverage emerging technologies to support smooth transitions and measurable impact.

You will lead OCM strategies, create engaging graphics with Adobe CC, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure readiness, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in organizational change management roles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics and content creation.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies for business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies and frameworks.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development and implementation of comprehensive organizational change management (OCM) strategies and plans for various projects and initiatives.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications to design and develop engaging communication materials, training aids, and graphics that support OCM objectives.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative OCM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OCM activities with overall project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and manage graphics development for OCM communications, presentations, and digital content.
• Provide expertise and support to the Service Desk for OCM-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication and resolution of user issues.
• Contribute to the solutions management process by identifying and proposing innovative OCM solutions that address client needs and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Support the development and execution of strategy plans related to organizational development and change initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments to inform OCM strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of OCM interventions, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphics development and content creation.
• Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies and their application in business solutions.
• Strong understanding of OCM methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in Service Desk support or a similar client-facing role is a plus.
• Proven ability in solutions management and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
