Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Organizational Change Management Senior Analyst to drive strategic change initiatives across client projects and internal programs. You will develop and implement OCM plans, and design engaging communications and training materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.

In this fast-paced, client-facing role, you will analyze stakeholders, assess readiness, monitor interventions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change activities with program goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics development and content creation.
• Strong understanding of OCM methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience in Service Desk support or similar client-facing role is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
