Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development and implementation of OCM strategies and plans.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to design engaging communication materials and training aids.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies for OCM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OCM with project plans.
• Develop and manage graphics development for OCM communications and content.
• Provide expertise and support to Service Desk for OCM inquiries.
• Contribute to solutions management by proposing OCM solutions.
• Support strategy plans related to organizational development and change initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of OCM interventions and improvements.
