Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR or closely related business experience.
• Significant strategic HR partnership experience in a global environment.
• Experience advising and coaching senior executives and leadership teams.
• Broad experience in strategic workforce planning, organization capability planning, and talent management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage sensitive matters.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building high-performing teams.
