Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking an Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner (OTP) for the R&D Division. You will align business strategy with organizational capability, lead a team of OTP Partners, and drive enterprise and divisional priorities across functions, geographies and research programs.

You will co-create strategy, frame workforce decisions, and ensure leadership pipelines and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive HR or closely related business experience.
• Experience advising and coaching senior executives and leadership teams.
• Broad experience in strategic workforce planning, organization capability planning, organization design and development, talent and succession.
• Experience supporting a pharmaceutical or life sciences organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and coordinate outcomes across boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong business judgment.
• Demonstrated people leadership, building a high-performing, inclusive OTP team.

Responsibilities

• Understand, anticipate and translate business strategy into the long-term organization and talent agenda.
• Lead organization capability planning so structures and roles are ready for the business direction.
• Drive strategic workforce planning linked to transformation.
• Bring enterprise perspective to leadership and business planning across the enterprise.
• Enable talent development strategy including succession and leadership development.
• Coach senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and talent decisions.
• Support transformational efforts from an organization and talent perspective.
• Act as steward in organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.
• Be accountable for macro-level organizational change and transformation strategy.
• Engage with TELs, COEs, ETHR, HR Solutions to deliver high-value priorities.
• Understand local nuances when defining organization and talent strategy across divisions.
