This role will drive a strategic talent enablement agenda across geographies and business areas, partnering closely with HR leadership to shape priorities, cadence, and execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience in a complex, global environment.
• Proven strategic HR partnership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning and talent management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Talent Enablement function across divisional and geographic boundaries
• Implement efficient practices and establish accountability for team performance
• Establish operating rhythms and measures for transparency and execution
• Act as a strategic thought partner to HR leadership and Talent Partners
• Oversee prioritization of talent enablement capabilities to align with enterprise needs
• Activate end-to-end talent experiences across global talent management offerings
• Facilitate feedback into talent management product design for relevance and effectiveness
