Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior strategic HR leader serving as Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner within R&D. You will advise senior leadership on organizational capability, workforce planning, and talent development to support scientific and pipeline priorities.

Hybrid work setup with travel about 10% is expected as you partner across global R&D functions to translate strategy into execution and develop leadership capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in global, science-driven organizations.
• Experience advising executives, workforce planning, organization design, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term organization and talent strategies.
• Drive capability planning aligned with business transformation.
• Coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness.
