Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years in strategic HR roles within complex, global, science-based organizations.
• Experience advising executives and managing workforce planning, organization design, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term organizational and workforce plans aligned with research priorities.
• Lead leadership development, succession, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Coordinate across HR functions and external centers of excellence to execute change strategies.
• Advise senior leaders; foster talent growth and transformational initiatives.
