Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced technical lead to advance Order Management systems. You will guide Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud initiatives, manage onshore and offshore teams, and translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.

Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and a track record in cloud migrations are essential. You will collaborate with Order Management, Sales, and Supply Chain leaders to drive continuous improvement, design technical specs, and deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle R12 EBS Order Management or Oracle Cloud experience.
• Experience leading IT projects and cloud migrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring operations teams (Production Support).
• Exposure to CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and AR modules is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specifications to extend and enhance Order Management applications (on-premise EBS and Fusion Cloud).
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and drive solution delivery.
• Lead development, testing and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Estimate effort, engage IT partners, and ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Prioritize conflicting demands using strategic business value and work with dispersed teams.
