Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an Order Management Senior Specialist to manage account portfolios and ensure accurate order entry within the ERP system. The role collaborates across departments to support order processes, maintain compliance with policies, and improve end-to-end order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include processing price adjustments and returns, resolving discrepancies, and driving improvements in order-related processes and integrations across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related business field required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of order management experience.
• Experience with SAP required.
• EDI experience related to order processing.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead teams and think strategically about downstream effects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure orders comply with policies, programs, and master purchase agreements.
• Enter and submit orders into ERP following standard processes.
• Manage orders so they ship and invoice per requirements.
• Review and process price adjustment claims and returns.
• Resolve discrepancies and support chargebacks related to sales returns.
• Collaborate with internal/external contacts to improve order processes and integrations.
