The role emphasizes program leadership, governance, change enablement, and delivery excellence in a national scope with up to 40% travel. A CPA market, strong communication, and Oracle expertise are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of related work experience in a national consulting context.
• Minimum of 10 full life cycle implementations of Oracle.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, metrics and reports.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Applications.
• Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Strong leadership and business development delivery experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed origination and delivery revenue targets.
• Travel up to 40%.

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and manage project lifecycle.
• Manage resources and budget on client projects and lead teams.
• Identify business opportunities to improve information architecture.
• Meet or exceed revenue generation through sales and delivery activities.
• Interview campus and experienced candidates.
