Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Oracle Manager to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Transformation Practice. From day one, you’ll work with the Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision and help you grow professionally.

You will lead full life cycle Oracle implementations, develop functional designs, configure applications, and train end users while ensuring project milestones and billing targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in a similar consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Applications.
• Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
• Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents.
• Able to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations (planning, design, & build).
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, functional design, and process design, including prototyping and testing.
