Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an experienced HCM Technical Lead to direct Oracle HCM delivery within the People & Culture organization. You will lead internal teams and system integrators in design, development, integration, and testing, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and security.

You will manage 18‑month roadmaps and sponsor end‑to‑end data migration initiatives for acquired firms. Your role requires deep Oracle HCM cloud expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration with P&C Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years delivering enterprise HCM solutions with deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations (design, build, test, deploy).
• Strong knowledge across multiple Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Talent, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation.
• Own end‑to‑end Oracle HCM solution design and translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Direct configuration, development, integrations, and reporting within Oracle HCM.
• Ensure SDLC adherence, requirements traceability, design reviews, testing, release planning, and governance.
• Lead cross‑geography technical teams and coordinate with external SI/vendors.
