Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to support client engagements by translating business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M/CCS). The role involves working closely with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test and transfer knowledge, while coaching junior members and maintaining an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS preferred).
Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities product implementation activities (requirements, configuration, testing, defect resolution).
Proven ability to collaborate with customers and teams across departments and levels.
Willingness to travel up to 75% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into functional Oracle MDM solutions.
Lead discovery, requirements gathering, design and analysis sessions.
Configure, test and validate base configurations and RICE objects.
Manage interfaces, data conversion and functional workstreams within project delivery.
Coach junior team members and support knowledge transfer.
