Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to support client engagements by translating business requirements into practical Oracle Utilities MDM solutions (C2M/CCS). You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test, and deliver scalable outcomes.

You’ll coach junior team members, guide functional workstreams, and support knowledge transfer in a flexible, inclusive environment with a strong emphasis on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 3+ years in Oracle Utilities implementations, with MDM/C2M/CCS preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and related delivery activities.
• Proven collaboration with customers across departments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and deliver Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Identify, document and validate business requirements with client stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and document functional designs (RICE).
• Coordinate with interfaces, data conversion, and change management workstreams.
• Triage defects during testing and support knowledge transfer.
