Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM/CCS. You will work with client stakeholders and EY project teams to support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer, coaching junior staff, and contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team environment.

You will manage functional scope, risks and issues, facilitate discovery sessions, and ensure successful rollouts across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M, CCS preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and related configuration, testing and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Align functional workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, design and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software to meet business needs.
• Support testing, defect resolution and knowledge transfer to client teams.
