Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M/CCS). You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer, mentoring junior members and sustaining an inclusive, high-performing team.

You’ll drive practical Oracle MDM delivery, participate in workshops, and ensure alignment with project leadership on objectives, timelines, and changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities product implementation activities, including requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution.
• Proven ability to work effectively with customers and across departments.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to align objectives and delivery timelines.
• Design, configure and deliver practical Oracle MDM solutions.
• Facilitate discovery, design sessions and prepare workshop outputs.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Coach junior team members and promote a high-performing environment.
