Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into practical Oracle Utilities MDM, C2M or CCS solutions, working directly with client stakeholders and EY project teams to support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.

You will contribute to high‑quality delivery, coach junior team members, and help maintain an inclusive, high‑performing environment while ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years with Oracle Utilities, including MDM, C2M or CCS.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and deliver Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Identify and document business needs and functional requirements.
• Coordinate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop functional designs for RICE objects.
• Triage defects during testing and support integration testing.
• Coach junior team members and manage risks and issues.
