Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions for client engagements. You will work with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing, issue resolution and knowledge transfer, while coaching junior members and maintaining an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities implementations, with relevant experience in Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Utilities product implementation activities, including requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution.
• Proven ability to work effectively with customers across departments and levels.
• Experience supporting business process change, Oracle Utilities software delivery and client communications.
• Proficient knowledge of information technology and business consulting practice.
• Strong business analysis, process facilitation, technical writing, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Work with client stakeholders to identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Support project objectives by aligning functional workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines.
• Participate in discovery, requirements-gathering, design and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software.
• Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems.
• Assist with design workshops and contribute to functional design decisions.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues and support mitigation activities.
• Conduct business process analysis for successful roll-out.
• Provide management of functional, interfaces, and data change focus areas.
• Support planning and design activities, including scheduling workshops and documenting outputs.
• Develop and review Functional Designs for RICE objects.
• Identify gaps requiring custom algorithms and plug-ins; configure the base system.
• Assist with initial testing and defect resolution during testing.
• Authors the Interface strategy documentation and manage integration testing.
• Authors the conversion strategy documentation and data mappings.
• Support customer teams across configuration, data conversion, interfaces, testing, training, deployment.
• Ensure project documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate with EY and client leads to reassess assumptions and progress.
