Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Oracle MDM Functional Professional to translate business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions (C2M/CCS). You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, test, and deliver high-quality configurations and knowledge transfer.

Work with diverse teams in a hybrid EY environment, coaching juniors and ensuring a successful rollout while managing risks and issues across functional workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM/C2M/CCS preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and product implementation activities.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, technical writing, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Align functional workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines.
• Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, design and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software; analyze requirements and define solution parameters.
• Triage and resolve defects during testing and support interface and data conversion workstreams.
