Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M/CCS). You’ll work with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test and transfer knowledge, contributing to high‑quality delivery and an inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

You’ll help coach junior members, participate in functional design decisions, manage scope and risks, and drive successful rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and configuration/testing.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Identify and validate business needs and functional requirements.
• Lead workshops, document outputs and track milestones.
• Configure base system, test configurations and resolve defects.
• Coordinate interfaces, data conversion and reporting workstreams.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to team development.
