Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to help business leaders improve HR processes, ensure compliance, and optimize Oracle HCM deployments. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and partner with IT on configuration, testing, and quarterly updates while focusing on cost effectiveness and user experience.

Required BS/BA with HRIS Oracle HCM experience or MS/MA with 5 years; strong communication, change management, and BI reporting skills using Power

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7 years HRIS Oracle HCM experience
• MS/MA with 5 years HRIS Oracle HCM experience
• Degree in HR, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience with Oracle HCM configurations and testing
• Experience in process modeling and organizational development
• Experience with BI reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Experience replacing aging legacy systems
• Experience developing actionable long-term improvement strategies

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sessions with executives, R&D staff, M&O program stewards, SMEs, and IT staff.
• Elicit and analyze HR requirements and improvement opportunities for processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using diagrams, data models, state transition models, use cases and rules.
• Contribute to Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and updates.
• Identify process interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences.
• Develop improvement roadmaps and business cases for solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and solution providers.
• Assist with people change management and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to HR strategic planning and health of systems.
