Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to optimize HR processes and technology. You will drive requirements, design, and configuration for Oracle HCM modules, and partner with business and IT teams to improve efficiency and compliance.

You will develop business cases, map HR workflows, and support change management across HR domains including benefits, compensation, recruitment, and core HR.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 7 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM OR MS/MA and 5 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Experience with process modeling and design, organizational development, operational and business support.
• Experience with business intelligence reports, dashboards, and applications using Microsoft Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with executive and senior leadership, R&D staff, and IT personnel.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements, rules, and improvement opportunities for HR processes and systems.
• Document HR processes using BPMN, data models, state transitions, use cases, and business rules.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Mgmt, HR Help Desk).
• Identify interfaces, gaps, variances, and user experiences in HR systems.
• Develop improvement roadmaps and business cases for HR solutions.
• Develop business requirements for software solutions and liaise between business and technical teams.
