Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Senior Associate, Oracle HCM to lead HR digital transformation initiatives using Oracle HCM Cloud. You will engage clients, design workshops, and support end-to-end deployments across Payroll modules.

The role requires at least three years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll deployments, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Travel is required; work authorization without sponsorship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with two full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client engagement teams and facilitate workshops.
• Support end-to-end process design and project lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy HR solutions.
• Lead project activities and contribute to methodology development and market insights.
