Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate, Oracle HCM to support client digital HR transformation using Oracle HCM Cloud. You will join delivery teams, facilitate workshops, and assist with configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation to ensure successful project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant experience, including two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll deployments.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll is highly encouraged.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement HR solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Oversee team activities, support project management, and communicate findings to clients and leadership.
• Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll work-stream, leveraging deep functional and technical expertise.
• Contribute to methodology development, market insights, and thought leadership through whitepapers, training, and innovation.
