Job summary

KPMG LLP in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate, Oracle HCM for our Consulting practice. You will participate in client engagement delivery teams focused on HR digital transformation centered on Oracle HCM Cloud technology.

You will design, configure, test and deploy HR solutions, lead workshops, and support project management. A strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and HR transformation is expected, with effective communication to leadership and clients.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of recent relevant work experience with at least two full life-cycle deployments of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field from an accredited college/university
Experience leading and contributing to project activities with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and virtual collaboration platforms
Willingness and ability to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

Participate in client engagement delivery teams executing HR digital transformation with Oracle HCM Cloud at the core
Execute day-to-day activities of HR transformation engagements including design workshops, engagement lifecycle support, and project management
Collaborate with client stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy HR solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud
Oversee and support team members on key project activities and deliverables
Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll work-stream with deep functional and technology expertise
Contribute to methodologies, intellectual capital, and client-facing thought leadership
