Job summary

OBAN Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to translate business needs into end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud configurations with a focus on payroll administration. You will lead payroll-related configurations and testing across global and government contracting environments.

You will collaborate with time and labor, absence management, and benefits teams, deliver SIT/UAT support, and provide ongoing production support. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HCM functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or production support.
• Deep hands-on configuration experience in global payroll, elements, balances, formulas, costing setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll cycle execution and integration with time, labor, absence management, and benefits.
• Produce configuration workbooks, fit/gap docs, payroll costing, element setup, SIT/UAT support.
• Provide production support including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and payroll balance corrections.
