Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Manager to lead IT/ERP project delivery, including Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across multi-vendor environments.

You will manage budgets, schedules, scope, and client relationships, travel up to 50%, in a fast-paced government/public sector context with a focus on change management and deployment readiness. Bachelor's degree required, Public Trust clearance essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience.
• 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules, including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented, aligned, and executed consistently across teams.
• Direct PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Oversee organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness.
• Manage project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact.
