Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Senior Manager for its GPS team to own end-to-end IT/ERP project delivery, including cross-functional planning and client engagement.

You will lead full Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, coordinate multi-vendor teams, oversee PMO governance, and drive change management to ensure adoption and deployment readiness.

The role requires 7+ years PM experience, 3+ Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, 50% travel, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years of experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations, ideally in a multi-vendor environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules, including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented, aligned, and executed consistently across teams.
• Direct PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Oversee organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness.
• Manage project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact.
