Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Senior Oracle Application Analyst to serve as the functional lead for Oracle HCM.

You will collaborate with business partners, analyze requirements, design solutions, and optimize processes with a focus on Core HR and Workforce Compensation. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting Oracle HCM applications, coordinating with stakeholders and Oracle support, and implementing enhancements while maintaining data integrity and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years as an Oracle Applications Analyst/related role with Oracle HCM experience.
• 4+ years IT experience supporting Oracle HCM Fusion; configuration, testing, troubleshooting and release validation.
• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience including Core HR and Workforce Compensation.
• 3+ years designing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle HCM processes across modules.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and validate needs for system enhancements.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM applications, focusing on Core HR and Workforce Compensation.
• Manage configurations, workflows, flexfields, and related functionality; troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.
• Lead release planning, testing, and implementation of enhancements; collaborate with various teams.
