Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Analyst to support and enhance customer onboarding and customer master data management within Oracle ERP and enterprise MDM platforms. This role partners with business stakeholders, Product owners, solution architects, and development teams to deliver reliable data solutions and governance across the ERP landscape.

The ideal candidate has strong Oracle ERP Customer Master/Onboarding experience, MDM concepts, and a proven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in related field.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Customer Master / Onboarding processes.
Strong knowledge of Customer Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
Experience with customer creation and maintenance and related attributes.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance customer onboarding and customer master data processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and data standards.
Analyze customer data issues and coordinate with technical teams for root causes and solutions.
Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, and production validation for releases.
Provide functional guidance to developers and junior analysts.
Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
