Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a Senior Oracle Application Analyst to lead the Core HR and Workforce Compensation workstreams within Oracle HCM. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, configure modules, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.

Based in Cleveland, OH, you will partner with business users and IT teams, manage releases, test implementations, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years working with Oracle HCM applications.
U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to analyze and validate requirements for system enhancements.
Evaluate processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
Create functional design documentation for system changes.
Coordinate between business partners, technical teams and consultants to ensure delivery.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM Core HR and Workforce Compensation.
Manage configurations, workflows and related functionality.
Troubleshoot issues and maintain data integrity.
Create and manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support.
Research new features to meet evolving business needs.
Lead testing and deployment activities.
Collaborate on reports, interfaces, conversions and integrations.
Provide training and mentorship to team members.
