Job summary

SC&H Group seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to own the HCM workstream on a large Oracle Cloud implementation, leading design, configuration, and delivery of the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting are the focus, with broader coverage across Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Absence Management as needed.

You will partner with Finance and Projects, drive secure data conversion and HDL mappings, and work with the Technical Lead on

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM functional experience, with at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) HCM implementations.
• Deep, hands-on configuration in Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Working knowledge of at least one additional module: Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, or Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and design workshops across the HCM workstream, driving fit/gap decisions to signed-off designs.
• Configure Core HR and workforce structures, jobs, grades, and lifecycle actions.
• Design and configure Talent Management: goals, performance, talent review, succession, and career development.
• Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud: requisitions, candidate experience, job flows, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
• Lead or support configuration of Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, and Compensation as needed.
• Own HCM security and workflow design: roles, data security, approvals, and HR Help Desk considerations.
• Design self-service experiences and Journeys for onboarding and key lifecycle events.
• Define HCM master data and conversion requirements and validate HDL-converted data with the Tech Lead.
• Coordinate cross-workstream touchpoints: payroll costing to GL, labor distribution to Projects.
