Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst – Payroll & HRIS to join our team.

You will administer, calculate, validate, and report compensation programs, including quarterly bonus plans, sales commissions, and annual incentives, and coordinate outsourced payroll with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations. You will partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, HRIS, and operations to ensure accuracy, maintain compensation data, run analytics, and support payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• Experience administering bonus, commission, or incentive plans.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer quarterly bonus plans, sales commission programs, and incentive plans.
• Maintain accurate compensation-related data in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Coordinate payroll processing timelines with outsourced provider.
• Generate compensation and payroll reports and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
