Qualifications

• 5 or more years of enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• 3 or more years in a manager or senior-lead role with leadership and accountability.
• Experience leading OCTO‑style initiatives and HCM/workforce technology programs.
• Experience with M&A technology due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
• Ability to translate HR and workforce needs into scalable tech strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong partnerships with HR leaders, Technology teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance long-term HCM strategy with near-term execution and fast-paced delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting), aligning with HR and enterprise objectives.
• Serve as the in-house Oracle Fusion HCM expert to reduce external dependencies and ensure long-term platform stewardship.
• Translate workforce needs into clear integration plans and scalable technology strategies.
• Develop OCTO-aligned technology strategies and roadmaps including lifecycle planning and modernization.
• Lead M&A technology due diligence and integration planning for HR systems.
• Create integration playbooks, scenarios, and roadmaps using industry best practices.
