Acosta Group is seeking an Oracle Fusion Program Manager, Financials, to shape the enterprise-wide Fusion strategy, modernization, and integration roadmap. The role leads cross-functional initiatives across HR, Finance, and Technology to enable future acquisitions within a unified Oracle ecosystem.

The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, a leadership presence, and the ability to balance long-term ERP strategy with rapid execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation with Oracle Fusion ERP focus.
• 3+ years at manager or senior-lead level with influence and accountability.
• Experience leading OCTO-aligned strategic planning and ERP/workforce systems initiatives.
• Involvement in M&A technology due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
• Ability to create and execute integration playbooks and roadmaps using best practices.

Responsabilités

• Own Oracle Fusion ERP roadmap, align with HR, Finance, and tech objectives.
• Serve as in-house expert for Oracle Fusion ERP and platform stewardship.
• Translate ERP/workforce needs into scalable tech strategies and integration plans.
• Develop OCTO-aligned tech strategies and roadmaps, including lifecycle planning.
• Lead ERP integration planning for smooth workforce transitions and rapid business integration.
• Monitor OCTO-led initiatives and report on outcomes; manage partner relationships.
