The candidate will own the Fusion HCM roadmap, align OCTO-driven strategies, and drive M&A technology enablement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation with Oracle Fusion HCM focus
• 3+ years at manager or senior-lead level without direct reports
• Experience leading OCTO-style strategic initiatives in HCM/workforce systems
• Involvement in M&A technology support including due diligence and integration planning
• Ability to translate HR and workforce needs into scalable tech strategies and roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting
• Serve as the in-house expert for Oracle Fusion HCM to reduce external dependency
• Develop OCTO-aligned technology strategies and roadmaps, including lifecycle planning and modernization
• Lead HCM integration planning and execution for M&A and workforce transitions
• Monitor, report, and govern OCTO-led initiatives and partner relationships
